On-Line Policies

Order Processing

All orders will be processed during normal business hours the day they are received.  If the order is received after hours the order will be processed the next business day.  Orders for shipment via UPS must be submitted by 1:00 PM Central time to ensure they will ship that day.  Orders requiring assembly or delivery will be competed as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 hours.

Order Cancellation

Requests for order cancellations must be submitted via phone as soon as possible.  If the order has already shipped, assembled for order, or delivery has already been made, a cancellation will not be possible.  In this case the return must be handled via normal store return policies and restocking / delivery fees may apply.  

Order Status

Requests for status of order can be made via phone to the store.  Provide your name and order number.


Shipping charges will be calculated and added to all orders requesting shipping.  We ship UPS.


Returns for new and unopened merchandise will be excepted at Ace Family Hardware with a receipt.  If no receipt is available we will have to validate the return in order to give credit.  Returns for defective merchandise must follow the procedures outlined by the manufacturer of the merchandise.  No returns allowed on any gas powered equipment once gas and oil have been put in them.

Payment Processing

We accept all major credit and debit cards for online purchases.  For in store purchases we also accept personal and business checks as well as cash.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

All products sold by Ace Family Hardware are sold as is with no warranty as to use or quality provided by Ace Family Hardware.  Warranty information for merchandise can be found in the owners manual or on the manufactures website.  All warranty requests must be handled in the procedures set for by the manufacture of the merchandise.  In some cases a return of the product for refund or exchange may be allowed, but in many cases the manufacture will want the consumer to contact them directly for instruction on warranty procedure.
